Our client was appointed to deliver the internal construction and fit out works for the new Virgin Lounge at Liverpool Lime Street. Having encountered some difficulties early on our client requested that we provide commercial support in the delivery of the project to ensure all contractual and commercial aspects were reviewed and appropriate advice/support was applied in order for the project to continue smoothly.
The works involved the complete fit out of the Virgin Lounge including new external façade and secondary steelwork. The works also included the associated services and external works to the new lounge.
Wolverhampton Train Station

West Midlands Trains had approached our client to put together a feasibility to provide a new concessions and lounge to their central platforms. We were approached to undertake the survey works, appoint a designer and undertake the feasibility costs.
The works comprised the refurbishment of the existing lounge to provide a new and modern feel. The existing façade was to be replaced and the mechanical and electrical services upgraded. Consideration had to be given because of the location of the works. Costs needed to reflect night working and line blockages to facilitate materials in and out.
Bridgend Station Ticket Office & Entrance

Role: Production of Bills of Quantities

As a specialist in the production of Bills of Quantities we were approached to produce detailed Bills of Quantities for a client for D&B job at Bridgend Station. Our role was just that we produced a detailed Bill of Quantities in SMM& rules of measurement and broken down into sub-contractor packages. We also aided in the pricing of the high level pricing of the same for guidance. Our client successfully won the works and the project was delivered within budget.
The works involved the refurbishment of the main entrance of Bridgend Station including the replacement/upgrade of the existing façade and canopy. The works also involved the refurbishment of the existing ticket office and general ticketing area
