Project Value: £300k
DMR provided commercial support for the delivery of the office upgrade works at Lambeth Road, Imperial War Museum.

The works involved the complete refurbishment of the offices adjacent to the museum floor.

Client: Dudley MBC
Role: Cost Consultant
Project Value: £750K
Red House Cone involved the refurbishment of the existing glass works factory located in Stourbridge. The cone consists of 90ft high brick structure used to produce glass together with a museum. The works involved the restoration and refurbishment of the existing glass work to provide better museum facilities. Paul Kinsella and Duncan Ridley were appointed as Cost Consultants on the project for all pre & post contract duties. The project was undertaken via a traditional procurement process under a JCT Contract with detailed Bills of Quantities.
This particular project ideally identifies our experience in delivering projects in the heritage and museum sector. It also demonstrates a project within this sector undertaken via traditional procurement routes.
